The Cottage

The cottage "The Little Pigeonnier" can welcome as many as 6 people, is independant from the owners's house, and was recently restored in the authentic style of its time (stone wall, original wood beams, ancient tiles from Gironde) in a modern way.

Encompassed in 55m square of space are two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equiped kitchen, (washing machine, diswasher, electrical oven, cooker and microwave).

The living room which opens to the kitchen, has a very comtemporain touch, contains a sofa bed, and a dinning area. The bathroom has a spacious italian style shower. 

Fares

Fares year round include:

The house linen, bicycles, private swimming pool in the summer, wireless connection to Internet, petanques balls, badminton equipement, barbecue, bed and high chair for babies (if required) and central heating/air conditioning.

The week from saturday 5pm to saturday 12pm, for 4 people with the possibility to have 2 extra: 650 euros. 10% off the following week. Optional cleaning at the end of the week: 60 euros.

The weekend (excluding summer) for 4 to 6 people, friday from 12pm to sunday 7pm: 250 euros. Optional: breakfast 5 euros per person (honey from the owner's beehives, fresh bread, homemade jam), cleaning at the end of the stay: 20 euros.

Romantic weekend for 2: friday from 12pm to sunday 7pm:109 euros. Optional breakfast 5 euros per person, cleaning at the end of the stay: 20 euros.

Weeknights (excluding summer) 55 euros per night for each bedroom rented for a maximum of 4 people, 35 euros for 2 extra people. Arrival in afternoon from 5pm and departure before 12pm.

Pets not allowed.

Deposit 25% at the time of booking, settlement of the account at checkout.

Security deposit 150 euros to be returned 8 days after departure from the cottage.
